Summary

• Pay at $22/hour
• Onsite (no remote opportunity) 5 days per week in Phoenix AZ

As a Home Loan Specialist, you will play a key role in processing loans accurately and on time.

· Perform routine data entry and validation tasks

· Daily pulling and monitoring of assigned reports

· Review and validate loan documents

· Adhere to procedures and maintain a "Right First Time" approach

· Exception analysis and escalations

· Perform other related duties as required and assigned

· Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization's desired culture and values

What You Bring

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel

· Analytical and communication skills

· Strong Attention to detail

· Ability to interpret legal and financial documents

· Financial Services and, if possible, mortgage industry experience preferred

· General understanding of applicable Federal, State and Local regulations
